Pause at the inner corners for 10 seconds, pressing this acupressure point.   2 Continue in a circle, coming back down under your eyebrows and around,back to this acupressure point again, pausing for 1️⃣0️⃣ seconds here each time. 

3. Keep the tapping going for 1️⃣ minute or more if you like. 

This helps with lymphatic drainage around your eye area and reduces puffiness and water retention. 

Just a light touch is needed; don’t drag your skin!
