A sweet little stashbuster for my niece. Decided to skip the fringe & use whyknotknit4 ‘s suggestion to rib the bottom & neckline as well. The turtleneck makes it seem that much cosier for winter wear. Jan 31st - my niece decided that she didn’t like the turtleneck, so I quickly ripped it out & simply knit a single row of purl around the neckline & then bound off in purl as well.
