Blueberry Lemon Drop

Ingredients - 10 fresh blackberries plus more for garnish, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 30ml simple syrup, 60ml vodka, ice How to make - In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries until they are broken up. Add lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and then shake until the shaker frosts up. Double strain cocktail into a sugar rimmed glass. Garnish with extra blueberries.
