Growing StrongFor more than 50 years, UMC Health System has provided most of its acute and outpatient care services on its main campus. The single location — which the organization shares with the Texas Tech Health Science Center — serves a large population spread across four different states, often leaving the medical center strained. Working closely with UMC, we analyzed their strategic plan and identified ways to promote growth.
