VTG American Thailand Medical Department Cooperation Enamel Pin Badge

This is a vintage enamel pin featuring the American and Thai flags together. On the back, it reads "COMPLIMENT DEPT. MED. SERVICE" and then what appears to be Thai. This pin may be Vietnam Era. NOTE: this item is vintage. The from of the badge is in good shape, the back has noticeable sign of wear and could do with polishing to help clean it up. It is sold as is. The pin measures approximately 1" long and .75" wide.
