Variations of #Setubandhasana or #Bridge Pose – 🔸Upper Back: I’ve first released the upper back with arms extended to feel a deeper stretch. You can even roll back and forth here gently. . 🔸Lower back: Roll back carefully such that the wheel is directly below your sacrum, supporting your natural lumbar curve. Keep arms by the side, or grasp your elbows overhead or try and grab the wheel. I’ve shared some different variations.
