Homemade Chex mix has always been my kryptonite. This recipe has been a wonderful replacement for the normal high-carb tasty snack. Using mixed nuts, bits of pork rinds, cheese crisps, and the seasoned buttery sauce has all the flavor and crunch, without the guilt.

• 1 cup Pork rinds - broken into bite size pieces

• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 tsp Onion powder
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Hot sauce* (optional)
