Ovulation is a Sign of Health
“Ovulation is considered to be a sign of good health. When you are not ovulating, it lets your healthcare provider know that your body is in some sort of distress or imbalance, whether it’s your thyroid, adrenals, underlying inflammation, illness, stress or even an autoimmune disorder.” - Dr. Patti Haebe To learn more about why you need to be confirming ovulation, click the link and check out our blog.
"Did I really ovulate?"
Did you know that the timing of ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle? Additionally, just because you ovulated for the last few consecutive cycles doesn’t guarantee that you’ll ovulate in your next one. If you’re not regularly tracking ovulation with OPKs, this can make trying to conceive or trying to avoid a pregnancy incredibly challenging. The best way to track ovulation is by using Premom/Easy@Home OPKs to predict ovulation in addition to using a BBT thermometer to confirm ovulation.
Perimenopause and Menopause
Do you know the difference between perimenopause and menopause? A great way to confirm if you’re entering perimenopause is by monitoring your cycles with Premom OPKs and BBT thermometers, as increasingly irregular cycles are one of the many signs of perimenopause. Check out our YouTube channel to learn more about the signs and symptoms of perimenopause and what this means for your fertility.

This short window means that timing intercourse is absolutely essential if you want to successfully conceive (or avoid)! With Premom/Easy@Home's OPKs and the Premom app, you can watch the progression of your cycle to identify your fertile window and figure out when ovulation is most likely to occur.
