humble chicken stew & dumplings | Jamie Oliver - needs more stock before putting in the oven. I put in a litre but by the time it came out of the 30 mins on the oven it had dried out and there was no gravy. It was still tasty though.

Marshmallows - Jamie Oliver's comfort food recipe. I tried it with orange blossom water and it was AMAZING! The recipe was only available online for a couple of weeks - but it was so good that I've bought the book. Very pleased with it!

This recipe is a nod to the traditional beef Wellington, but I'm using minced beef instead of beef fillet and throwing in a hint of chilli and cumin for an updated flavour. You could also use pork mince, lamb mince or even a mixture, and, during the season, make it even more interesting by adding some game. And, as you've probably noticed, I've decided to make mine into individual rolls, so everyone gets their own. What a treat!
