Spaghetti and meatballs (made up own recipe for this, using half pork, half beef mince. Cook the sauce first, then cook the meatballs in it (like my Dutch family does their meatball soups), rather than frying them first, as this leaves them moist and lets their juices permeate the sauce. Yum.
