Navratri Ashtami Navami Prasad Ka Chana
NAVRATRI ASHTMI NAVMI PRASAD KA CHANA Method - take 1 cup soaked black chana (soaked for minimum 6 hours) • - Pressure cook kala chana with salt and ginger (optional) upto 5 whistles • - Now mix all dry masala (2 tbs Dhaniya Jeera powder, 2 tbs Kashmiri Red Chili powder, 1 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp Amchur powder and Hing) • - add some water into dry masala and mix it well • - heat 1-1 tbs oil and ghee in a pan • - add 2 tbs jeera • - add dry masala paste and cook till masala releases oil • - add boiled black chana • - cook for some time till chana becomes more dry and all flavours get well-combined • - At last add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala (optional) • - add 1 tsp kasoori meethi and 2 fresh green chilies • - mix everything well and garnish with fresh dhaniya • It’s so delicious m
