Cool down and transfer to a mixer and grind it.( can also add a pinch of salt) Add 3-4 dates and blend it to a smooth paste.( wil take 3-4 min depends on the mixer you are using) Overnight oats To a bowl add 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp chia seeds ,thin milk 1 cup and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Top it with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, banana.
