This cake bite cake was made for a purple and gray wedding. The bottom tier cake bites are lemon, the middle tier Italian cream and the top tier was German chocolate. The cake is topped off with a bride and groom cake bite.

My clients chose a small 2 tier topcake, rich fruitcake laced with brandy and sherry and a moist chocolate cake covered filled with rich chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache. The cupcakes are all vanilla flavour with a selection of toppers....
