Meet little Henry...he is a 2yr old Eng. Toy Spaniel that we are fostering. He was rescued along with 32 other Eng. Toys from a horrible puppy mill in West Virginia. It's difficult to imagine how terrible his life has been up until now, but thanks to the efforts of all the wonderful people who got this guys out he now has a bright future.
