DIY  Green Tea Toner:  Whenever you make a cup of green tea, save the used tea bag to re-use as toner.  Boil a separate pot of water and re-steep the used tea bag. Once cooled at room temperature, put the tea-water in the fridge for later use.    The green tea water can be used as a toner and as a facial rinse. It works great as a cooling and soothing eye mask.
