Visalus APPLE PIE SHAKE 8 oz. Skim Milk, 2 Scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix, 3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 2 tsp. Cinnamon, ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp. Sugar Free Caramel Syrup, 6 Ice Cubes Add ingredients together. Put in blender and mix on high until well blended.
