4 Bedroom New Build, King’s Lynn. This property was constructed adjacent the Great Ouse River, 7 miles outside King’s Lynn. Due to its location, consideration was given to the potential of flooding with the close proximity of the river and from the outset, the proposed design reflected it’s sensitive position. A long and narrow site, design considerations were given to the proposed layout, with the need for a large spacious family home.
