Herby bean sausage stew. Great store-cupboard dinner, delicious made in the slow-cooker. I added a sliced onion and a tsp of paprika, and replaced one of the mixed bean tins with canellini beans. Gorgeous with crusty bread, may try with mash or new potatoes next time.
