"Lazy" workout.... because as long as you're moving you're working toward fitness.  Just keep moving! (We do these with our roller skates on during ab circle at roller derby practice... added weight makes a difference. Try ankle weights if you don't have skates.)

Core: Scissor Abs: Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides, palms pressing into the floor. You can place your hands under your pelvis if you feel the need to protect your lower back.
