Rajasthani garlic chutney  2 pods of whole garlic 1/4 to 1/2 cup oil for frying, canola or vegetable 2 tsp red chilli powder ( or to your taste) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds Salt to taste
