Original Old Bay Crab Cakes - Made this dish for Sunday dinner and the husband liked it very much and indicated that he would like me to make it again. The recipe as shown is very good, however I would tweek it just a bit. Changes as follows - Use 3 to 4 slices of bread instead of the 2, increase the one egg to two (it didn't bind as well as I thought it would), maybe add a few tablespoons of finely chopped green onion and some pepper. I also increased the old bay seasoning to taste.
