Weight Loss Oats Upma Recipe - Dietitian Mac Singh
INGREDIENTS👇🏻 ▪️Roasted/ rolled oats - 90 g ▪️Boiled veggies🥕 - 140 g ▪️Onion🧅 - 1 small bulb ▪️Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp ▪️Mustard seeds - 1 tsp ▪️Curry leaves 🌿- 10 ▪️Urad dal - 1 tbsp ▪️Suji - 140 g ▪️Beaten Curd - 1 tbsp ▪️Salt 🧂and pepper - as per taste METHOD👇🏻 1) Heat♨️ a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee to it. 2) Now add some mustard seeds, curry leaves🌿 and dried red chillies to it. 3) Also add some urad dal and finely chopped veggies of your choice (carrot🥕, beans,peas). Add chopped onion🧅 too. Saute all the ingredients for a while. 4) Then, add a bowl of suji to the pan🥘 , then some water. Mix well with a spatula🥄 to avoid formation of lumps.
