🥖HEALTHY CARB SOURCES🥖 Carbs are not bad. Carbs don’t make you fat. Carbs don’t cause global warming. Carbs are delicious and in most cases, necessary for energy. These are the main carb sources I eat. Carbs often get unfairly blamed for weight gain. Carbs alone will not cause weight gain. Too many overall calories will. The issue is that carbs are delicious so most people who are eating too many overall calories happen to be getting those calories by eating an excessive amount of carbs. These measurements are pre-cooked.
