Kumara (Sweet Potato) Tandoori Salad: Made this and really enjoyed it. The hot SP soaked up all the dressing so make extra if that bothers you. Also only did 1/2 tsp salt in dressing. I only made 2 salads so I had leftover sweet potato. Mixed it with chopped red pepper, diced red onion, quinoa and cilantro. Also yum!
