India ~ Bhel Puri: The main ingredient in this tasty street food is crispy puffed rice, similar to Rice Krispies, with the addition chopped onions and coriander leaves, boiled potatoes, multiple chutneys and a squeeze of lime.

Dahi kachori, although rooted in the north, this filling snack has found its own place in the good old streets of mumbai! it’s a challenge to deftly bite into this king-sized snack. Best Kanda Pohe in town at Prakash Restaurant in Dadar, Mumbai. Pohe is a snack made from flattened rice. It is most likely served with tea or as a breakfast dish and is probably the most likely dish that a Maharashtrian will offer his guest any time of the day. Kanda Pohe is cooked with Onions. Other variants are batata pohe (where diced potatoes are used instead of onion shreds) and dadpe pohe, a mixture of raw Pohe with shredded fresh coconut, green chillies, ginger and lemon juice.
