This Green Chutney is so versatile & here’s a simple trick to retain its green colour even after storing for days. So give it a try & let me know how you liked it 💫 Method: • Grind 2 tbsp Raw Peanuts, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Sugar, Green Chillies & a small piece of ginger into a coarse powder • Add in 4-5 Curry Leaves, 4 Spinach Leaves, Handful of Coriander (make sure it is freshly washed & not chopped), Lemon Juice, 4-5 ice cubes & blend. Do not add any water. • Lastly add in the salt, mix well and store for upto 5 days in an air tight container. (Do not blend after adding salt, just mix gently, this step ensures the green colour is retained when stored) • For Jain version, skip ginger & spinach leaves and follow the rest of the recipe as is.
