Apricot lamb tagine. Despite the strong flavours in the sauce the taste of the lamb still came through and it really works well in this dish. Of course I served the lamb tagine on a bed of light and fluffy whole wheat couscous and I garnished it with some chopped cilantro and pistachios.
Beef Tagine with Butternut Squash Recipe: easy crockpot meal. Healthy and kids loved the butternut squash because it absorbs all the cinnamon flavor. One of my family's favorite fall meals. HINTS: use only half of crushed red pepper if you dont like spicy; put meat in crockpot for 6-8 hours; add squash for last hour and a half. Done!
