Breakfast! This is a chocolate chia seed pudding with low fat creme fraiche.. and it was amazing! Recipe: -3/4 cup of chocolate almond milk -1/4 cup coconut milk -4 tbsp chia seed -1 tsp cocoa or cacao powder -Sweetener of choice to taste (I used 2tbp maple syrup... but I have an extreme sweet tooth!)
