Letters From Stan - 1957
Stan Laurel On His BalconyStan Laurel, surviving member of the great comedy team of Laurel and Hardy, relaxes on the sun porch of his apartment on the beach at Malibu, Calif. The wry-faced comic, shows the effects of a stroke which incapacitated him two years ago, but his face lights up with his famous, wide-angle grin as he talks about his long partnership with “Babe” Hardy. He spends a lot of time just relaxing and soaking up the sun. December 1957
