Soak your cashews and dates for 4 hours - overnight 2. 2.Once tender, add all Ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth! I like to use the pre-made ice cream setting on the Vitamix Ascent Series A3500 3. Add to ice trays (can fill up two) and freeze overnight 4. Peel, cut and freeze ripe bananas. 2. Add frozen bananas to a food processor / blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Adjust flavor to your liking. 4. Freeze for a couple of hours if needed. ENJOY!
