Salted Peanut Butter and Honey Ice Cream - Cookie and Kate
Creamy, dairy-free peanut butter and honey ice cream made with coconut milk instead of cow's milk. This ice cream is rich, delicious and easy to make! If your peanut butter already contains salt, reduce the amount of salt shown below (just add salt to taste). Don't forget to put the bowl of your ice cream maker in the freezer at least one day in advance. The recipe yields a little less than 1.5 quarts of ice cream.

Cherry Pie Bars - Joy the Baker

Raspberry and Cream Cupcakes - Eat, Live, Run
You’ll never believe how easy these springtime cupcakes are to make! They might look fancy schmancy, but I promise they are not. At all. Really! To make these, I’m guilty of using a liiiiiitle secret ingredient known as Betty Crocker cake mix. Don’t judge! Sometimes you just gotta do it. I mean, you definitely don’t have to use cake mix here but it sure speeds along the process of these beauties. Filled with a lightly sweetened raspberry whipped cream, these cupcakes are perfect for Easter…

Brown Butter Raspberries Recipe on Food52
Raspberries share some of the same qualities of a fresh tomato – they’re delicate and sweet yet have formidable acidity. I worried that plain browned butter on a raspberry might be odd, so after browning the butter, I dropped in some vanilla – which vaporized in the hot butter, magnifying its scent. Just as I'd done with the tomatoes, I spooned the butter on the raspberries, so it sizzled into the fruit, and then in place of the flaky salt, I sprinkled the wilting berries with raw sugar. As…
Honey Custard with Roasted Strawberries | Naturally.
With all the chaos and businesses that is happening right now, I’m packing and heading back to Illinois today. My uncle turned 70 yesterday and my grandmother planned a large family dinner, one of the first I’d be missing since I moved. While I love California, one of the hardest things still has been being...
Buttery Lemony Lace Cookies Recipe on Food52
These lace cookies contain ground almonds, by the way. I love almonds, they’re good and good for you! They’re good for your heart and packed with antioxidants and nutrients. I found a great recipe for classic lace cookies, but decided to take a fresh and uplifting spin on it by adding freshly grated lemon zest to the batter.
Raw citrus cream cakes | Oh, Ladycakes
We returned from a quick trip to Ohio on Tuesday and I always come back feeling emotionally exhausted and a little bit heartbroken. The older I become, the harder it gets to willingly fly 1,100 miles across the country and live my life in what feels like a completely different Universe. We returned from a longer visit in December and I don’t think I ever fully recovered from the weightiness of that trip. Since then, I’ve spent far too much time sobbing in the shower or at the dinner table…
