DIY Nourishing Hair Mask. A protein-rich mask helps to strengthen hair. In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly combine 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 egg. Apply the mixture to your scalp after oiling and cleansing. Leave the mask on for about 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Split an avocado, remove the seed and spoon the whole thing into the blender bowl (or blender cup in this case). Add a little less than 1/4 teaspoon of Vitamin E oil. If you have Vitamin E gel capsules, pierce them and squeeze out the oil. If you’d rather, you can buy the oil for topical use. Pour 1 teaspoon of your favorite oil– jojoba, olive oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil.
Hair mask. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Egg Yolk 1 Cup WARM Water Freshly washed, detangled and pat dry extra moisture in hair. Mix ingredients tog and apply to hair (best to use a bottle with small tip opening) until evenly distributed evenly. Use comb to make mask even. Let sit 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water, shampoo and condition as normal.
