Magic Custard Cake is truly quite magical. Using simple ingredients, the batter separates into three layers as it bakes. The bottom is a slightly dense custard. The middle is a smooth + soft custard. The top is a light + moist sponge cake.
English Toffee Bites -(--- allowed it to get too dark and it taste burnt. 5 minutes was too long, on high heat. It only took stove top about minutes on high heat for it to turn a beautiful almond color. Very crispy.
