Basmati Rice with Mung Beans.  1 Tbs of Ghee 1 TBS of Cumin Seeds 1 TBS of Coriander   	In a very large sauté’ pan, melt the ghee and sauté’ above ingredients until they are fragrant.  Add in the remaining ingredients:   1/2 cup of Basmati Rice ½ cup of Green Mung Beans 4 cups of Water ½ tsp. of Salt ½ tsp. of Turmeric 1 tsp. of grated Ginger  Bring to a boil and then simmer while the pan is covered approximately 1 hour.
