The DOVIES BRICK 3.0 lol. So I have a bad knee problem right now. Can't do any workout that out to much pressure on my meniscus. Sucks for me but won't stop be from doing my workout. No squats for me meaning I need new ways to get some quads till my knee is ok. So my brick workout helps me work some quads ad mainly lower abs and helps to tighten up flabby skins on the belly.
