This is my list - I'm keeping my slimming world syns down to 5 a day durin the week and then I have 80 to spend at the weekend if I want. - I have a space for my Healthy extras. - I want to continue go to the gym, but make it every weekday (not just 3/4 days) - I would like a feminine figure so I'm going to do a quick yoga session on my Wii every weekday. - I feel that my top half needs the most work, so I will do 5min exercises during the day. - 30 Crunches - 30 I musts
