Step 1: Make sure you’re using extra lean ground pork to keep this recipe #BiggestLoser approved. If they don’t carry extra lean ground pork at your local grocery store, it’s easy to make it yourself. Trim a pork tenderloin of all visible fat. Cut it into cubes and pulse it in your food processor a few times until it is the consistency of ground pork. (Be sure you use the “pulse” button, not “on” or it will be more like a pate).
