Slimming world syn free chicken and spaghetti in a creamy spicy tomato sauce. Super quick and easy.  Chicken breast cut into strips and coated in spray oil and salt n pepper. Put on George foreman.  Cook spaghetti.  Fry some fresh chilli. Add veg of your choice (I had mushrooms, peppers and courgette). Fry lightly. Add tin of tomatoes. Bring to simmer. Season to taste.  Add cooked spaghetti   Take off heat. Add quark until melted.  Serve with the cooked chicken.  Delicious.

Slimming world Turkish delight jellies - 3 syns  for the whole lot (about 30 jellies) 2 sachets gelatine 1 tbs cocoa powder(3 syns) 3 tbs sweetener 2 tbs mullerlight vanilla yogurt Capful of rose essence 1/4 pint boiling water  Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a whisk until all blended together.  Place in a mould (I used the rubber ones as they are easier to get the chocolates out of once set) and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.  Pop out of the mould and serve.  You could add…

Slimming World: Satay Chicken. Serves 4 - 1.5 syns per serving.  6 tbsp dark soy sauce. Juice of 2 limes. 1 level tbsp reduced fat smooth peanut butter. 1 level tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Salt & pepper. 800g chicken.  Mix ingredients, add chicken & marinade 15 mins.  Fry, oven cook or BBQ as desired.  Nice served with egg fried rice (recipe in folder) and stir fried vegteables.

This is a chicken katsu receipe from Slimming World so, as you'd expect, it's low fat and calorie. The sauce is just incredible and packed full of veggies. It does take a bit of time, but it's well worth the effort. A healthy alternative to a Saturday night takeaway.
