In a nutshell: Just happy cooking vegetarian, mostly South-Indian foods at home, taking their pictures and posting recipes for all vegetarians to repeat and relish. My food philosophy: We are what we eat. So what are we (rather who), if we eat a lot of ghee, vegetables, leafy greens, rice, wheat, lentils, spices, pickles, papads, more ghee, coconut, milk, paneer, cheese, fruits ... and so on?
