'An English Postman' - Clarke's Cigarette Card

Number 23 of a set of 50 cigarette cards originally issued by Clarke's and Royal Mail. The series does not have a title but shows different people, equipment and events connected with the postal service up to the late 19th, or possibly early 20th, century. This card is portrait in layout and shows an English postman in blue uniform with red collar and brass buttons on the jacket. He is also wearing a blue hat that has a red rim.
