Low Sodium and Proud Of It

Many recipes are either low sodium or on their way to being low sodium. These recipes either need slight modifications or are good by themselves. Most simply don't need that 1/4 tsp of salt and are still flavorful. Make sure to look at the nutrition facts if they are available and watch out for high sodium offenders.
