煎堆碌碌 呢個應該係最容易做同成功嘅賀年食物 又係我鍾意空心煎堆,大家又可以隨自己喜歡加餡料 煎堆碌碌 金銀滿屋 ! 面對目前環境唔期望金銀滿屋,只希望大家都過得安好 佢真係好似今日我遇見歐若拉(動森隻企鵝)咁圓碌碌好得意,而且將佢炸時好有滿足感 我鍾意自己炸野,因為油係新鮮油唔係千年油,真心好怕千年油味的 食譜:8個 糯米粉 150g 泡打粉 2g 糖 50g 油 1湯匙 水 100-120ml 芝麻小半碗 將糯米粉、糖、油、泡打粉混合再加水 水最好先加100ml,然後先再加20ml 搓到個糰係咁,面層有少許濕潤唔使再沾水先上芝麻 只要搓圓佢就可以沾上芝麻 我用三象牌糯米粉用120ml水就剛好 所以大家用乜牌都先試100ml水,後加20ml因每隻粉吸水程度不同 分8份後就沾上芝麻 熱鑊熱油放麵糰,再較中火炸 佢受熱後會浮起,就用筷子輕壓等佢有空氣就會脹大同變空心 一邊炸一邊壓 慢慢就變成波兒喇!炸到咁再金黃色少少就上碟 最好用吸油紙吸一吸啦 Follow and Subscribe YouTube: https://bit.ly/2Aa2c0R Ig…

趁清明節快到了應景的與大家分享一道低醣生酮中式點心---草仔粿 (艾草粿) 這道點心的重點食材是洋車前子粉,之前分享的生酮麵包也是使用到它 洋車前子含有豐富的優質膳食纖維,適量食用可以維持腸道蠕動、促進廢物排出 吸水後會變成黏稠膠狀,類似蔴薯的口感 所以近年來低醣生酮烘培常常會用它來替代麵粉的筋性 或是用來替代糯米粉製作出Q彈軟糯的中式點心 當然也可以替代太白粉讓中式料理達到勾芡的效果喔 洋車前子粉的用途很廣,但要注意的是它加入水可以膨脹三倍以上食用時一定要喝足夠的開水,否則可能會有便秘的情況喔>

包子是很方便的早餐,蒸一下熱騰騰,天冷吃好暖 和。包入軟綿甜蜜的花豆餡,是主食也可做午茶甜 點~ 花豆包子 份量 : 10個 材料 : A.花豆餡 花豆200g 糖90g 水1500g B.包子外皮 水150g 細砂糖30g 鹽1/4茶匙 液體植物油 15g 低筋麵粉 300g 速發乾酵母1/2茶匙 一.製作花豆餡 步驟 : 1.花豆洗淨,加入水浸泡一夜 2.花豆連同浸泡的水一塊燜煮2小時,至手捏可以輕易捏碎的程度 (電鍋約蒸煮2小時) 3. 花豆撈起濾掉多餘的湯汁放入炒鍋中 4. 加入糖翻炒均勻 5. 中小火加熱炒至成團,盛起冷卻備用 二.製作包子外皮 : 步驟 : 1.參照麵包機說明依序將材料放入 (水→糖→鹽→液體植物油→低筋麵粉→速發乾酵母倒入麵包機攪拌缸中) *水份添加份量會與使用麵粉品牌吸水率有關,請自行斟酌 2.攪拌筒放回機器中 3.選擇自定行程 : 搓揉(約15分鐘)+第一次發酵(約60分鐘) 4.等待麵包機搓揉攪拌及完成第一次發酵 5.桌上灑上一些低筋麵粉(份量外),將發好的的麵糰移至桌上,空氣壓出 6.搓揉 30秒至光滑 7.將麵糰搓成柱狀,對切成2半…
