I've done this for several years, and have a different saying each year. I'm sure others have done it, but I've never seen anyone else post about it, so thought I'd share. It's just blacklight hairspray on a metal garage with a blacklight mounted in the eve. The blacklight has been mounted in the same spot for four years without ever taking it down.
