Ages:4-5 M:4.19 Use on and off to indicate where things are in a space( if the child takes a piece of the pattern away or add a piece to either side. They woiuld have to take a the same piece away or add to the other side and now the pattern is the same on both sides. M:4.28 Discriminate between object that is pulled apart and that is put together. The child could make any pattern they want but both sides would have to contain the same pieces equalluy.

Ages:3-5 M:2.9 Line up object (the teacher could ask the child to make a line and make a pattern M:3.7 tell what comes before and after (after the child has made the pattern the teacher could go back and ask the child what color fish would they use next).

Ages: 3-5 M: 1.16 Line up objects ( the child could simply count the fingers or even look at the number to find out how many objects they need M:1.11 Use fingers to show how many or age of self (the child could use their own fingers to match the fingers in the picture)

Ages: 4-5 M:4.2 Use shape toy to explore basic shapes , the teacher could have different objects on a table. For example a slice of pizza, ball, or block and have the child to draw the shape on a seperate sheet of paper

Ages: 4-5 M: 5.17 Use common measuring tools in correct content. Any object that stands up straight would be idea to use (blocks, legos, or pop sickle sticks).
