My pre workout, banana and oat bars!  All you need is 2 bananas and 2 cups of porridge oats!   Method:  1. Mush both bananas up until they're a thick paste consistancy.  2. Mix in the oats bit by bit (This is so they don't go everywhere). 3. Put in a square baking tray and put in a 200 degrees oven, gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes.  4. Wait until crisp then remove from the oven, slice, and totally devour them!   You could add chocolate chips to this healthy treat for that little extra something…
